Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of aiiStudio ("we", "us", "our"), operated at aiistudio.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
Credits and Payments
Credits are deducted when you generate an image. If generation fails, credits are automatically refunded. Purchased credits are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. This includes (but is not limited to) content that violates intellectual property rights, depicts real persons in misleading or defamatory ways, or facilitates harassment, fraud, or violence. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.
Prohibited Content (NSFW)
You must NOT use this service to generate, request, distribute, or attempt to generate any NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, nude, or otherwise sexually-oriented content. This prohibition applies to all human and non-human subjects, real or fictional, and includes (without limitation) nudity, semi-nudity, sexual acts, sexualized minors, fetish content, deepfakes, face-swap or face-manipulation outputs, and any prompt designed to circumvent our moderation systems. We continuously screen prompts via automated and third-party moderation systems. Violations result in immediate suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images generated using our service. We do not claim rights over your generated content. The service itself, including its design and code, remains our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Questions about these terms may be directed to support@aiistudio.com.
