Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of our AI image generation service. By using the service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
Strictly Prohibited Content
You must NOT use this service to generate, request, or attempt to generate any of the following: • NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or otherwise sexually-oriented content of any kind • Sexualized content involving minors (CSAM) — this is illegal and will be reported to authorities • Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation outputs of real persons • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any individual, real or fictional • Content depicting real, identifiable individuals in misleading, defamatory, or harmful contexts • Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups • Content that infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights • Illegal content, including weapons, drugs, terrorism, or self-harm promotion • Fraudulent content (counterfeit IDs, fake currency, forgery, scams) • Content designed to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate any person or organization
Prohibited Marketing & Promotion
You must not promote, advertise, or describe this service using terms such as "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", "adult", or "unfiltered generation". Such marketing claims are prohibited regardless of actual content generated.
Prompt Moderation
Every text prompt submitted to this service is screened by automated content moderation systems, including third-party providers, before any image is generated. Prompts identified as policy violations will be blocked. Repeat or severe violations result in account suspension. Attempts to circumvent moderation (jailbreak prompts, obfuscation, encoded language) are themselves a violation of this policy.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You agree to comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish generated content in ways that violate this AUP, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Enforcement
We continuously monitor the service for compliance. We reserve the right to test, audit, and review prompts and outputs at any time. Violations may result in: (1) immediate prompt rejection, (2) account suspension or termination without refund, (3) forfeiture of unused credits, (4) reporting to law enforcement and partner platforms (including payment processors). "We use a third-party AI model" is not a defense — you are responsible for your usage.

If you encounter content that violates this policy or have concerns about misuse of our service, please email support@aiistudio.com. We investigate all reports promptly and confidentially.
